Health Screenings
Participants receive a Results Scorecard with relevant health information related to their screening results.
Diabetes Screening — Blood Glucose screening measures blood glucose (sugar) level in the blood over the past 24 hours. This test can help in identifying diabetes.

Foot & Ankle Screening — Foot and ankle injuries are extremely common. Find out if your shoes, your pedicure, or even just the
way you walk is harming you.
Osteoporosis Screening — A progressive bone-loss disease that primarily effects women as they age, this bone disease can affect men and younger adults as well. Get the facts on how to prevent this disease now.
PSA Screening — A simple blood test to measure PSA (Prostate specific antigen) is the most effective way for the early detection of prostate cancer.
Skin Cancer Screening — Simple and short screenings can be done to detect skin abnormalities. Early detection is key!
Stress & Pain Management — determine where your stress and pain comes from and get tips on how to handle them.
It's not beneficial nor is it ethical to just go out and conduct a screening. At Corporate Wellness Consultants, our practitioners have a one-on one conversation about the health screening results with each participant. Our goal is to translate with the employee what their screening results mean. Appropriate recommendations are made so that the employee understands how to translate their results into health promotion and disease prevention. |
